Lenexa Historical Society Booth Info

LHS will once again have our Spinach Café booth with spinach based foods for sale at this year’s Spinach Festival.

Date: Saturday Sept. 11
Time: 9am – 4pm (Note: Food items including Spinach Salad will not be available until 11am)
Where: Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park

The festival will be on the East side of the Rose’s Pond in the parking lot. Parking will be off-site with shuttles provided by the City of Lenexa. For further information visit the the City of Lenexa’s website HERE.
All questions not pertaining to the LHS Spinach Café booth should be submitted to the City of Lenexa who organizes the festival.

You can also purchase one of our famous Spinach Tyme Cookbook, become a member of LHS, or make a monetary donation to LHS at the booth.

The Legler Barn will be open, but no research requests or artifact donations will be taken that day.
Please remember: No food or drink allowed in the museum, except bottles with caps like bottled water.

You’ll notice a few changes to the way we prepare, handle, and store our food items this year. This is in light of COVID-19 and with everyone’s safety in mind.
