During the past three years, and despite COVID, Lenexa’s Historical Society has worked diligently to upgrade its operations and expand community outreach. Join us as we share the latest news about the Lenexa Historical Society and a new opportunity afforded us in our latest agreement with the City of Lenexa.  

Then stick around for a presentation from local historian John Forbes. John will present The Movement of Shawnee Indians from the Ohio Valley to Kansas: 1780’s – 1830’s.
